Kylie-Jo joined the Relationship Institute Australasia team almost 10 years ago. She holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and brings over 25 years of experience in coaching, facilitation, and adult learning.

As the central support of RIA, Kylie-Jo oversees day-to-day operations, manages event logistics, and ensures that all our programs run smoothly from start to finish. She plays a key role in supporting our Directors, John and Trish, and is known for her warm, approachable nature, attention to detail, and dedication to providing a high-quality experience for all participants across our training, supervision, and mentoring programs.

Kylie-Jo has also travelled to Seattle to train as a Bringing Baby Home Educator and 7 Principles for Making Marriage Work Leader through The Gottman Institute.

Whether she’s coordinating large-scale professional trainings or supporting couples’ therapy programs, Kylie-Jo brings a grounded, energetic, and people-first approach to everything she does.
